Day Trip to Mt.Cook on 28 May 2008

On 28 May 2008, Jathan ( my HK friend) and i decided to hitch hike to Mt.Cook and it took us half hour to hitchike a car to Mt.Cook. They are a lovely couple from Melbourne gave us an 1 hour plus ride to Mt.Cook and we enjoyed talk with them. On the way to Mt.Cook, the weather was not good but when we reached Mt.Cook, the weather there was very sunshine... thanks God.
We choosed Hooker Valley track and it took us 3 hours plus to complete the walk. We saw a lot of nice and beautiful scenic during the walk and there were a lot of snow mountains around us ... very awsome views. After the walk, we hitch hike back to Lake Tekapo ( the place where we stay now), this time we hitch hike a camprvan which belongs to a French guy. He is a French guy named Tual who is now traveling around NZ by himself, he shared a lot of his travel experience with us. This is a very fun experience for me. hahaha

This was the car that we hitchike. The couple are from Melbourne and they are Chinese. They are very lovely couple.

Swim with dolphins and Whale Watching at Kaikoura

我很喜欢Kaikoura因为在这里是我第一次近距和海豚游泳还有看鲸鱼。在这里我也和纽西兰的海豹拍照,我想我会再回去Kaikoura。
Sperm whale swam in the Sea... cool but i got sea sick... :(

When the Sperm whale dived in the water, their tail showed in on top of the water surface.
More than 100 dolphins swim at Kaikoura Peninsula area. Cool :P Brooke ( a new friend from New York that i met) and i swam with dolphins at Kaikoura.
